Privacy policy
Effective date: 2026-04-01
AskLorry Inc. ("AskLorry", "we") provides an agentic, autonomous AI paralegal for immigration law firms. This policy covers how we handle information when a firm uses Lorry.
What we collect
Firm account information (name, email, firm details), client records your firm creates inside Lorry, conversations between Lorry and your firm or clients, documents uploaded for casework, and operational logs required to run the service.
How we use it
To operate Lorry on behalf of your firm. To improve your firm’s own instance of Lorry through per-firm learning. To meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not share client records across firms.
Attorney-client privilege
We treat privileged material with the care it requires. Our staff access privileged content only when required to support the firm and with appropriate controls. Lorry does not train cross-firm models on your client conversations.
Sub-processors
We use a short list of infrastructure, voice, and AI sub-processors. Current list is available on request. Material changes are announced with notice.
Your rights
You can export or delete your firm data. You can request a data processing addendum for firms covered by HIPAA or similar regimes. Email privacy@asklorry.com.
