Terms of service
Effective date: 2026-04-01
These terms govern access to and use of Lorry, the agentic, autonomous AI paralegal for immigration law, provided by AskLorry Inc.
What Lorry is and is not
Lorry is a tool. Lorry does not practice law and does not provide legal advice. The licensed attorney using Lorry is responsible for every filing, every communication, and every legal decision made for a client. Lorry drafts, scans, reminds, and organizes. Attorneys review and decide.
Account and use
You agree to use Lorry only in connection with the lawful practice of immigration law and related services. You will not attempt to bypass security controls, access other firms’ data, or use Lorry for activity that would violate applicable law or bar rules.
Fees and billing
Lorry is priced in credits. A credit is one unit of client screening and the work downstream of it. Pricing, plan definitions, and limits are described on our pricing page and in your order form. Fees are charged in advance and refunds are handled case by case.
Data and privacy
Our privacy policy describes how firm and client data are handled. Your firm owns your firm data. Export and deletion are supported.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability and notify firms of scheduled maintenance. For support, email support@asklorry.com.
Termination
Either party may terminate with notice. On termination we provide export of firm data for a reasonable window and then delete it.
Limitations and disclaimers
Lorry is provided as-is within the scope of your subscription. Legal responsibility for every case remains with the licensed attorney of record. For firms with specific compliance needs, we provide a master services agreement on request.
